An engineer by training, Mr. Saini holds a B.Tech degree from a prestigious AMBEDKAR INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND RESEARCH CENTRE Delhi. His technical background underpins his unique, modern approach to education, infusing logical reasoning, interactive technology, and scientific temper into the school's curriculum. With extensive teaching and administrative experience right here in Sawai Madhopur, he possesses a deep understanding of local educational needs. For over a decade, Mr. Saini has leveraged his diverse expertise to transform Blue Star Academy into a premier hub of innovation, quality education, and holistic student development.

He holds a unique academic profile, being a Master in Mathematics as well as a Master in Geography, backed by a solid foundation with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and a professional Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree.
